Unconscious Bias

What is unconscious bias?  How does it affect us?  In this session, participants will learn how to identify personal biases, recognize how bias manifests itself in their field, and develop strategies to address biases.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Define and identify personal biases
2. Recognize different ways that bias manifests in fields
3. Identify at least one strategy to address bias
